Wired

Tonight is one of the most exciting things we have as a church - WIRED! Plugging Parents into a Kids World. Wired is a 2 hour experience aimed at our pre - k thru elementry age students. It includes pizza, inflatable toys, face painting, bunches of people, and a 45 minute high energy, full of fun, interactive worship experience.

Kids bring their parents and they worship together, laugh together, and study the Bible together. It is off the charts amazing! At the end of the night familes can get a "family pack" that has devotionals and activities to do with your kids throughout the month that allow you to keep studying what you learned.

Some of you might be wondering why we have WIRED on Friday night, that's a good question. The reason is we believe God has not only given us the responsibility to pastor the people that call Journey their home, we believe it is our responsibility to pastor every person in our city that is not plugged into a great church. Having WIRED on Friday night attracts some folks that might not attend on a weekend. It also allows us to use the whole facility for the families to interact together. They get to honor God, build healthy relationships, and have a BLAST!!!

The other thing that makes WIRED so cool is that it is completely volunteer driven. While the staff works hard, the volunteers work equally as hard. There are behind the scene people, worship leaders, actors, etc. that are all just normal people like you who have jumped into to make a difference in some kids life.

God is doing so many cool things in Journey because of people like you! Keep up the great work as we pursue our vision of seeing a city transformed, ONE LIFE at a time!
